Yes, downtime on the EPFO portal does impact the PF Balance App’s performance as we migrate data from their site. This might occur due to maintenance activities on the EPFO site.
We understand that viewing ads to use the PF Balance App might be inconvenient. However, it helps us provide our service for free and ensures we can continue to serve you effectively in the future.
To access gratuity benefits, input your joining and leaving dates, with a minimum of 5 years tenure. Once entered, the Calculator will promptly compute your eligible gratuity amount.
Unfortunately, that’s not possible. To withdraw your PF balance, you will need to visit the member EPFO portal and follow the designated PF withdrawal procedure.
If you can’t log in, it might be because your password has expired on the EPFO portal. Resetting it is necessary. After resetting, it takes 2-3 days for the EPFO portal to acknowledge the changes.
If the EPFO portal is undergoing maintenance or experiencing server problems, we can’t retrieve your data, so you keep encountering errors.
A strong signal or data connection is required for the captcha to load and be submitted. If you’re experiencing issues loading the captcha, please ensure your internet connection is stable.
